Assessment Instructions

The assessment contains 10 questions in total, consisting of multiple choice and true/false questions.
You must achieve 100% (answer all questions correctly) to pass and proceed to fill the Declaration Form.
You have a maximum of 2 attempts to pass the assessment. If you do not pass within these attempts, you will need to retake the training before trying again.
Please read each question carefully before selecting your answer. Good luck!
Once you begin the assessment, you will not be able to restart. Make sure you are ready before starting.

You have successfully completed the assessment! However, you still need to complete the Declaration Form to finish the process.

Please proceed to the Declaration Form where you will need to:

  • Review the declaration statement
  • Provide your digital signature
  • Receive your completion certificate

Include your staff ID and they will help resolve the issue promptly.

If you don't achieve 100% on your first attempt:

  1. You can retake the assessment immediately (you have 2 total attempts)
  2. Review the training materials carefully before your next attempt
  3. If both attempts are exhausted, you'll need to download the training slides and study them
  4. Contact the Human Resources team for access to retake after studying

Upon passing the assessment with 100%:

  1. You'll proceed to the Declaration Form section
  2. Complete and submit the Code of Business Conduct Declaration Form
  3. Your response will be recorded in the system
  4. You can download your completion certificate
  5. You can also download the training materials for your records

No, there is no time limit for the assessment. You can take as much time as you need to carefully read and answer each question. However:

  • Please ensure you read each question carefully
  • You must answer all questions correctly to pass
  • You have a maximum of 2 attempts to pass
