TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the Company's Digital KPI and Performance Management System (the "System"), you confirm that you are an authorized user and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of the System immediately.
2. Authorized Use of the System
The System is provided strictly for internal organizational use, including employee performance tracking, KPI management, appraisals, and reporting. Access is limited to employees, managers, and authorized administrators.
You agree that you will not:
- Use the System for personal, commercial, or external purposes
- Share your login credentials with any other person
- Access data beyond your assigned role or authorization level
- Attempt to bypass system security or access controls
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed under your account. Any misuse of your account may result in suspension or termination of access.
You must promptly notify the System Administrator of any suspected unauthorized access or security incident.
4. Data Protection & Privacy
Personal data processed within the System is handled in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA, 2023) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
- Submitting false, misleading, or manipulated performance data
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, databases, or networks
- Uploading malicious code, malware, or viruses
- Using the System in violation of applicable laws or company policies
6. System Availability & Disclaimer
The System is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure reliability and accuracy, uninterrupted access and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the System, including loss of data, productivity, or business opportunities.
8. Data Accuracy & User Obligations
Users are responsible for ensuring that information submitted into the System is accurate, complete, and up to date. Deliberate falsification of records may result in disciplinary action.
9. Modifications to the System or Terms
The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the System or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the System constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of the System shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
