Welcome to the Line Manager Training Portal. Here's a quick guide to help you manage your staff's training records:
View all staff members under your supervision and check their training history. Monitor who has completed training and who still needs to.
Review all training assignments for your team and see their current status.
In your portal, navigate to the "Training Information" tab on the taskbar. You will see the "Pre" button. Select it to access the pre-evaluation form for the staff member. These forms help gather baseline information before training begins.
After training is completed, navigate to the "Training Information" tab. You will see the "Post" button next to each training record. Select it to access the post-evaluation form. These forms assess the staff member's learning outcomes and the effectiveness of the training. The Post button becomes available 3 months after the training date.
